Akismet Anti-Spam Plugin क्या है और इसे WordPress Blog में Set up कैसे करे

WordPress पर बहुत से ऐसे plugin है जो कि WordPress site को safe रखने में मदद करती है. इसमें से एक plugin Akismet Anti-Spam है जो कि वर्डप्रेस ब्लॉग पर आने वाले spam comments को filter करती है. नए WordPress को install करने के साथ Akismet plugin भी install हो जाता है.


बस हमे इसे activate करना होता है और API key प्राप्त करना होता है तथा कुछ जरूरी setting करना होता है.


इस पोस्ट में मैं बात करूँगा कि Akismet Anti-spam क्या है ? Akismet Plugin का use क्यों करना चाहिए तथा WordPress blog में Akismet का setup कैसे करे ?

Akismet Anti-Spam क्या है ?


Akismet एक comment spam filtering plugin है. यह plugin हमारे website पर आने वाले spam comments को filter करती है. Akismet दो शब्दों से मिलकर बना है – Automattic और Kismet

Akismet Anti-Spam का use क्यों करना चाहिए


ज्यादातर famous website पर स्पैम कॉमेंट्स   की संख्या बहुत ही बढ़ जाती है. Site पर आने वाले लगभग 85 % comments तो spam ही होते है. मतलब 100 में से 15 कमैंट्स ही real होते है.


हमारे blog post पर आने वाले spam  comments  पोस्ट से संबंधित नही होते है. spammer अपने site पर backlink पाने के लिए किसी दूसरे साइट पर कमेंट करते है जिसमें spam link होते है.


Hackers भी स्पैम कमेंट करके ब्लॉग या साइट
को hack करने की कोशिश करते है. वे कमेंट के साथ virus भी भेज सकते है. यह हमारे site के SEO पर बहुत ही bad effect डालती है. इससे बचने का सबसे अच्छा उपाय है Akismet.


इसलिए हमे इस plugin का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए.


आप अपने वेबसाइट पर Google CAPTCHA (reCAPTCHA) का इस्तेमाल करके भी वेबसाइट को किसी unknown attack या spam से बचा सकते है.

Akismet API key Free में WordPress Blog में कैसे प्राप्त करे


बहुत से नए WordPress user को Akismet API key के बारे में पता नहीं होता है. वे akismet plugin को activate तो कर लेते है परंतु API Key से connect नहीं करते है.


API Key free में प्राप्त करने के लिए नीचे दिए गए steps को follow करें :


Step 1


सबसे पहले Akismet Anti-Spam plugin को install कर activate करे. वैसे तो यह plugin वर्डप्रेस में पहले से मौजूद होता है. अगर यह आपके ब्लॉग में पहले से है तो dashboard से Plugins >> Installed Plugins पर क्लिक करके Akismet Anti-Spam को choose करे और इसके activate बटन पर क्लिक करे.

Step 2


  • Activate बटन पर क्लिक करते ही account को set up करने के लिए एक message show होगा.

  • Set up your Akismet account पर click करे.

Step 3


Akismet API Key प्राप्त करने के लिए दो option है.


Connect Via Jetpack :


यदि आप अपने Jetpack connection का इस्तेमाल करके इस plugin को पूरी तरह activate करना चाहते है तो connect with Jetpack बटन पर क्लिक करे.


or Sign up with a different email address :


यदि अपने Jetpack connection के बिना ही Akismet का use करना चाहते है तो Sign up with a different email address पर क्लिक करें.

Step 4


अपने wordpress.com account से Akismet में log in करना है.


  • अपना WordPress.com account का Email Address या Username डालकर Continue बटन पर क्लिक करे.

  • Password डाले और login करे.

अब आपको pricing page पर recirect कर दिया जाएगा. आपको plan choose करने के लिए कहा जाएगा.


  • Free वाला plan choose करने के लिए Add Personal Subscription बटन पर क्लिक करे, जैसा कि नीचे स्क्रीनशॉट में है.

  • Cursor को drag करके $0 तक ले जाएं.

  • Create Subscription पर click करे.

Step 6


अब आपको API KEY प्राप्त होगा. इस key को copy कर ले.

अपने Akismet configuration page पर जाएं और API Key को add करे.


बॉक्स में API Key को paste कर दे और connect with API Key पर क्लिक करे.

Step 7


अब एक new page open होगा. Settings section में API Key तथा comments strictness का ऑप्शन होगा.


Comments :


Approved comments का total number show करने के लिए इसके check box में tick कर दे.


Strictness :


  • अगर spam comment को automatic delete करना चाहते है तो silently discard the worst and most prevative spam So I never see it में tick कर दे. इसे enable ना ही करे तो ठीक रहेगा.

  • Spam comment को हमेशा स्पैम folder में रखने और फिर बाद में review करने के लिए इस Always put spam in the spam folder for review पर tick कर दे.

Note : इस ऑप्शन के enable करने के बाद spame folder में spam comment 15 दिन से अधिक होने पर automatically delete हो जाएगा. इसलिए कमेंट को 15 दिन के अंदर ही review करके publish या फिर delete कर दे.


  • Save Changes पर क्लिक करें.

अब Akismet Anti spam plugin वर्डप्रेस ब्लॉग को spam comment से protect करना start कर देगी.
